Emergency Electricians in Inishowen & Derry
Walsh Electrical Services provide an emergency call-out service to businesses and homes in Derry & Donegal (including Inishowen & Letterkenny). Please note that a call-out fee will apply. Out-of-hours call-outs (including weekends, and bank and public holidays) will be serviced where possible, however these will be charged at a higher rate
We are fully insured and are registered with RECI; Safe Electric; the NICEIC, and the ECA. Therefore we can attend to your electrical emergencies on either side of the border. Sterling and Euro payments are accepted. All works will comply fully with I.S. 10101/ET 101 National Wiring Rules or BS 7671 IET Wiring Regulations as appropriate. This may necessitate additional remedial work being carried out to the existing electrical installation, e.g. if the earthing and bonding arrangements are inadequate. These are mandatory for any works and as such we could not proceed with other works without these first being addressed where necessary.
Whilst we endeavour to carry reasonable stock it is impossible to carry all items and accessories, and all brands and finishes etc. As such parts may need to be obtained to complete the job. Should parts need to be ordered or obtained a temporary repair may be carried out where appropriate and practicable, or alternatively the installation made safe
until such time as it can be repaired. Any time spent on the job will be chargeable, including time taken to obtain materials where we do not have sufficient stock in the van. Fault diagnosis during a call-out is a chargeable service.
